You’re sick and tired of feeling low on energy and are frustrated with having tried every diet out there but finding yourself unable to lose the weight. You know your hormones are at play, but you’re not sure where to start, and your doctor has even told you your labs are “normal” or you’re “simply just aging.” Maybe you’ve settled for this feeling. But the reality is, you deserve OPTIMAL energy, and SYNC™ is the first of its kind program to address all areas necessary for women’s health.
Step 1: Sign up for our 12 week program.
Step 2: Receive immediate access to the program, community, and experts.
Step 3: Follow the program and step into self advocacy and maximum energy.
When you’ve tried it all and nothing seems to work, it’s time to navigate potential hormone imbalance. You see, 99% of fitness and diet regimens out there are designed for male physiology. Why? Because until the last decade, what works for women wasn’t studied because of our menstrual cycles and hormones, because researchers claimed “women are too complex.” But now that we have the research and we know better, we can do better.
SYNC™ was designed by women, for women, based on the research done on women. We realize you can’t exercise your way to hormone balance, and until hormone health is addressed, you could struggle. This is why we partner our game-changing hormone health education with the application tools you need to succeed: at-home workouts and nutrition catered to your female physiology.
Many women suffering from hormone imbalance are dealing with weight gain in the hips and thighs, brain fog, anxiety, trouble sleeping, headaches, irregular cycles, low libido, and fatigue. Unfortunately, many women are being met with gaslighting in the doctor’s office, or simply believe it’s their own unique problem. The reality is, women spend over 25% of our lives in poor health, and with rising rates of Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis all tied to declines in estrogen, hormone health should be a main focus for all of us. But given the fact that only 3% of practitioners are hormone health informed and millions of women are struggling, this gap we see in our health care system means the only way to feel better is to step into self advocacy and a better understanding of our own bodies.
We take the guesswork out of the equation for you, equipping you with the hormone literacy you need to advocate for yourself and the fitness and nutrition tools you need to succeed.

SYNC™ was designed by women, for women, based on the research done we finally have on women. Gone are the days of intermittent fasting and ketogenic diets, or the low carb/low fat era. Hello to the era of what we know works for longevity: building muscle, restoring the nervous system, and fueling properly for hormone health. Most other programs out there don’t take into account the menstrual cycle, hormone imbalance (which the majority of women deal with), or transitions in life such as perimenopause or menopause. The research we now have on women shows that when we fall victim to diet culture trends, our metabolic health suffers. In the SYNC™ program, we focus on energy and longevity as the goal, and body composition often follows.
All of our nutrition is designed to be anti-inflammatory (gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free), protein and fiber forward, and follows the science on the active, training female. Meals include family favorites like tacos, crockpot and sheet pan meals, and even easy to grill recipes to make this a doable approach that doesn’t require all of your time.
The SYNC™ course was created by Jenny Swisher, Integrative Health Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist who is also certified in the Women Are Not Small Men method. Also part of her course community and co-creators of several educational aspects of this program include Dr. Laura M. Brown, ND (Understanding the Gut Microbiome) and Dr. Paige Gutheil, D.O. Dr. Paige also acts as our resident hormone health doctor for SYNC™ community members who enroll in a telehealth consult package. Also present in the community and collaborative on various aspects of the nutrition program and Functional Fertility course is Alyssa Broadwater, R.D.
Our SYNC™ Certification program allows for women to not only take the course and follow the program for themselves, but to also become an affiliate for the program and refer it to other women. It also allows them to use the credential to help educate other women on the SYNC™ method.
We do not deem any of our program medical advice, and do not prescribe BioHRT or any other medications. We do offer the ability for you to enroll in our telehealth consults with our resident hormone health doctor if you’re looking for a knowledgeable practitioner who can help with these needs.
Because we base the workouts off of female physiology research, you will find that the program as a whole focuses on progressive overload training, with strength training workouts 3+ times per week. We also incorporate interval style training in a polarized approach, along with mobility and yoga for injury prevention.
