You want easy? You got it!

These are my favorite recipes using 5 ingredients or less, guaranteed to make your family happy. Enjoy!

  1. Roasted Chicken and Broccoli Sheet Pan

Ingredients:

Olive oil spray

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 small bag broccoli florets (organic preferred)

1 large sweet potato

1/2 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Place sweet potatoes (diced) on cookie sheet and spray with oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Add chicken, broccoli (sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt) and bake another 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Shred chicken and place in bowls.

2. Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 Ezekiel sprouted grain English muffin

Grass-fed butter

2 large brown eggs

Veggies of choice (spinach and tomato are my personal fave)

Directions:

Cook eggs to your liking while toasting English muffin. Place grassfed button on toasted muffin, and add egg with veggie ingredients and enjoy!

3. Mushroom Garlic Burger

Ingredients:

Grassfed beef burger patties

Sprouted grain buns

1 package baby bella mushrooms

Minced garlic

Olive oil

Sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Sautee mushrooms in small skillet with olive oil, garlic, and salt. Grill burgers simultaneously. Place burger on bun (or you can use lettuce bun) and drizzle with sauteed mushrooms on top. Bon appetit!

4. Baked salmon and veggies

Ingredients:

1 lb. wild caught salmon

Olive oil

Bragg’s Herbal Seasoning Blend

Baby potatoes

Broccoli or brussels sprouts

Directions:

Place salmon in baking dish with sprinkle of herbal seasoning. Bake 20 minutes and remove from heat, adding diced baby potatoes and veggie of choice with olive oil and sea salt. Bake another 10-15 minutes. Boom!
