This post may be categorized as “Obvious” based on the recipes I’ve supplied for healthy summer eating, but in case you don’t pick up on my favorite foods, they are:

* Blueberries (high in antioxidants)

* Avocados (over 20 vitamins in each avocado)

* Sweet potatoes (low in cholesterol, high in dietary fiber)

If these are items not currently in your diet, think about incorporating them. If they are things you’ve tried in the past and didn’t like, try them again in a new way. These are all easily accessible at your local grocery store, inexpensive, and easy to prepare. While there are other super foods out there that will give your body the nutrition it needs, these are, by far, my favorite tastes.
