- Group coaching calls and workshops to answer questions and help you navigate your journey. Note: All calls recorded, with the opportunity to submit your questions in advamce even if you can't make the call.)
What Peri Rx Isn't:
- Fad exercise program promising to deliver you hormone balance
- One-size-fits-all supplements or plan
- Test interpretation, diagnoses or prescriptions of any kind, or establishing an individual client/patient-physician relationship with a practitioner (But don't worry! We've got options for that down the road if you need us one on one.)
An estimated 50 million women are entering perimenopause in the next decade, and only 3% of practitioners are
menopause-informed.
This disconnect that often leads to gaslighting in doctor's offices or lack of true care is why we created PeriRx.

She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in sports medicine with original plans to attend physical therapy graduate school. powerlifting competitor, powerbuilder, olympic lifter, and has competed in many other events.
Since then she has founded XYL: Xpand Your Limits that coaches women all around
the country in their nutrition, fitness, and mindset, as well as live events. These events are online and in-person international strength events that
challenge women to step out of their comfort zones and show themselves they’re stronger than they think. Her unique approach to fitness has helped hundreds of women get results, grow their mindset, and become strong, confident versions
of themselves. She recently completed 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days to raise money for ROX, a charity empowering young girls in confidence, body image, and communication in schools.
