About Jenny

Hey sis! Welcome to my website. I’m honored that you’ve taken the time to be here and get to know me and what I do.

I am a wife to my husband Chris, and mother to two amazing girls, Ellory and Sutton. I have an undergraduate degree in English Writing and Communication. Before my life as a health coach began, I worked in book publishing for a large publisher. It was during this time in my life that I started experiencing debilitating migraines and inexplainable weight gain that I was introduced to home health and fitness.

During that time, I made a shift to holistic health, and through the right practitioners and self-learning, was able to overcome my chronic migraine condition and get into the best shape of my life. It was at this point that I opted to leave corporate America and open my own 4,200 sq. ft. fitness studio where I would personally train and teach fitness classes for 3 years, while simultaneously building a team of network marketing health coaches who were causing a ripple effect of impact in my community. Our team became a top performing team because of our approach in meeting people where they were and helping them take the small steps needed to see change in their health. This Team grew to over 500 Coaches, and I take my leadership role there seriously, helping them achieve success as they help others.

When my first daughter was born, we sold the gym and I focused all of my efforts online, into helping women like me becoming fit and healthy. Over time, I discovered that many women were doing the right things: exercising daily and eating clean, but were struggling to get results. Given my own journey navigating the root cause of hormone imbalance while simultaneously addressing lifestyle, I knew I had to incorporate the two in order to best help these women get results.

In spring of 2020, I launched my SYNC: How to Fuel and Train with Your Female Hormone Cycle digital course, where I teach women how to work with their practitioners to uncover the root cause of their hormone imbalances, how to track their cycles using an ovuscope, and how to cycle sync their workouts and nutrition to their menstrual phases.

Coming next is my podcast releasing in late summer 2021, where I plan to address fitness, nutrition, hormone imbalance, and mindset by way of both solo and duo interviews. I’m excited to spread the word on the message that women are not small men, and that getting a female into great shape means paying attention to her physiology and working with it instead of against it.

Make sure to follow me on social media, and to subscribe to my email list to receive weekly recipes, hormone health tips, and more. I would also love for you to drop me a line to let me know about your health goals to see if I can help. Cheers to living our healthiest lives, friend!

xoxo,

Jenny
