After losing 35 lbs. and getting into the best shape of my life thanks to P90X and healthy eating, I decided to pay it forward and become a Team Beachbody Coach in May of 2010. At the time, my goal was to help just one person.

I launched my business on Facebook and started emailing friends and family favorite recipes, and what started as wanting to help one turned into helping at least three people per month, which turned into some of these friends wanting to also pay their results forward and become Coaches. This led to building a Team known as Body Electric, of over 500 Coaches and being named a top 200 team within Team Beachbody two years in a row.

These women who joined me first for health and accountability became business owners alongside me, but more importantly, have become lifelong friends. That one little decision to become a Coach in 2010 has led to a ripple effect I never dreamed of.
