Why Should I Become an Online Fitness Coach?
Not only do you get to help others get healthier and happier, becoming an online fitness Coach offers you the freedom to work from home, earn anywhere from a side income to a full-time income, and create your own hours. Your responsibilities as a Coach can be 100% virtual, meaning that even if you’re a full-time teacher, student, or career-driven individual, you can be a Coach to fulfill your passions and make an impact on the lives of others.
But what if I’m not an expert?
Good news! You don’t have to be a fitness or nutrition expert in order to be a Coach. In fact, most successful Coaches did not start as nutritionists or big-time trainers. To find out how well you may fit in with Body Electric, see our best guesses at what it takes:
- You want to stay accountable for your own health and fitness. Becoming a Coach is a great way to to hold yourself accountable and make progress toward reaching your own goals!
- You are a relationship builder. You love interacting with people, meeting new people, and connecting with old friends. This also means you’re a great listener!
- You like supporting others on their health and fitness journeys. While this may or may not be something you’re currently doing, you like the idea of it. If you are a current Beachbody customer and/or have participated in Challenge groups, let’s be honest…this is a no-brainer! You will make a fantastic Coach.

To get started as a Coach, the best way to enroll is with a Challenge Pack, which includes a fitness program of your choice and Shakeology. This waives the usual $40 enrollment fee and helps you get started the right way!

What does it mean to be an online Fitness Coach?
It means different things for different people, but for everyone, it means being part of a revolution to end the trend of obesity and being the instigator to change. For me, personally, it has meant taking myself out of a negative environment in my corporate job to an atmosphere of positivity, freedom, and fun.
What can Coaching do for you?
From paying for your own Shakeology order by way of commissions earned, to earning enough income to leave your full-time job, Coaching can help you make a difference in your family’s financial future. While you change lives and inspire, you earn an income according to your efforts. Becoming a Coach is a chance to become an entrepreneur and the curator of your own success, and your rewards are a direct sum of your efforts. Doesn’t get any better than that!
