In today’s episode, I’m diving into the topic of eating enough as women. Often times, women see weight loss plateaus due to simply not eating ENOUGH of the RIGHT foods. In this episode we discuss the importance of all three macronutrients, along with micronutrients, in women’s health, as well as how to avoid LEA (Low Energy Availability).
