As it turns out, most exercise programs and fad diets are created with male physiology in mind.

Women are not small men.

Over the last 12 years, I’ve Coached dozens of women who have told me they are exercising frequently and addressing their nutrition, but they aren’t seeing results, and in some cases are even GAINING weight.

Since my early 20’s, I’ve dealt with hormone imbalanced that manifested itself in me as daily migraines, adrenal fatigue, and stubborn weight gain. Despite all the exercising and clean eating, these things didn’t improve. I was STUCK.

So I did what I needed to do. I worked through dozens of practitioners before I found one who would listen and dig. I started studying under female exercise science gurus. I spent years working with apothecary pharmacists/supplement specialists, doing testing on myself, and in the end, learning to sync with my cycle.

By doing this, I work WITH my physiology instead of against it. 

What do I mean by that?

A woman has natural ebbs and flows of hormones. There are times when your hormones are low and times when they are high, meaning that there are times your body is primed for fat burn or muscle gain, and times when it simply needs rest.

I’ve taken my years of experience and struggle and condensed it into a digital course where I teach you:
