Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #57! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women’s hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. In today’s episode, I’m interviewing Dr. Alice Penn. Dr Alice is an expert international business and career consultant, coach and keynote
speaker. She works with her clients to help them realize their full potential and take their professional lives to the next level.

Previously a sought after medical doctor to high-level executives in London for 10 years, Alice still had a strong desire to fulfil her own potential. She did something many had said was impossible: she made a career pivot to the world of finance, building a successful career at one of the ‘Big 4’ global advisory and consulting firms where she worked in commercial and financial advisory for several years in London.

Over the course of her career, Dr Alice has worked with executives from PwC, Clifford Chance, Ernst and Young, Goldman Sachs, KPMG and Deloitte. Now an entrepreneur, Alice’s mission is to help people who are feeling stuck, who know they have more to give but do not know what direction to take their career or business. Alice works with people to find clarity and support them in implementing and executing their goals with excellence.

We talk about the many hats that women wear, and how we tend to prioritize others ahead of ourselves. We discuss how to find your true purpose: what feelings to pay attention to, how to act on them, and how to grow through your journey of finding it.
