In today’s episode, I’m interviewing SYNC Certified Coach, Erin Trier. Erin is a mom of four children, passionate about inside out wellness, and a fierce advocate for mental health. She has a background in Social Work and Human Resources, supports women on their wellness journey through her coaching business and is currently studying for her NASM CPT. Through her own personal journey, she’s learned firsthand how important it is to advocate for your health needs on every level – physically, mentally and emotionally.
