She completed her first yoga teacher training in 2010 and immediately started teaching and sharing mind-body practices with businesses and various communities. In 2019, she created MindBody FAITH, an online faith-based wellness community and membership offering yoga and meditation programs for chronic pain, stress, and better sleep.
