Tony Horton’s newest fitness program debuts in March 2016, and it’s going to be an EPIC challenge! Over the past several years, Tony has made it his mission to bring functional fitness to our troops all over the world by visiting military bases everywhere.

22 Minute Hard Coprs

So you can imagine the excitement when it was announced that he’s coming out with a brand new at-home fitness program that mimics the exact workouts he uses with our military men and women…

Why is it Called 22 Minute Hard Corps?

It’s called 22 Minute Hard Corps, because, well, each workout is 22 minutes in length and it’s… hard core. Actual military personnel are filmed in the DVD workouts and were included in the actual program pre-launch test group, adding a layer of authenticity to the program. If you’ve ever wondered whether YOU would’ve made it through basic training, THIS is the ultimate challenge for you to get in the best shape of you life and to prove that you can do anything you put your mind to.

Let’s start here, by watching the promo video!

How Long is the 22 Minute Hard Corps?

The program itself is 8 weeks in length, with each workout lasting exactly 22 minutes. The workouts are set in a cadence (think boot camp style), and vary from functional resistance, to cardio and core focused. The only equipment needed is a sandbag, which comes with the program in Challenge Pack form (more on that later).

How do you know if this program is a good fit for you? Start by filling out our Soul Mate Workout Form! One of our Coaches will be in contact with you to ensure you’re ready for 22 Minute Hard Corps. Note: Per Tony Horton himself, this program was created using standard PT movements and is intended for ANYONE to be able to do.

Do You Have 22 Minutes?

Assuming you have 22 minutes in your day to squeeze in a boot camp workout in your basement, the the break room at work, or at a local park, you’re going to love the convenience of body weight training, short workouts, and even the access to Beachbody OnDemand, our version of Netflix for workouts.

So what does it take to get on the Wait List for this program, and to be included in our March 2016 official test group? Simply notify your Coach, or complete the Soul Mate Workout Form, to be added to our Wait List. When the program releases, you will then be required to purchase the 22 Minute Hard Corps Challenge Pack in order to be included in our Facebook-based test group.
