About Me/SYNC

Jenny Swisher is a hormone health educator, certified personal trainer, and integrative health practitioner who specializes in helping women understand and work with their hormones rather than against them. Her expertise is rooted in both professional training and nearly two decades of personal experience navigating hormone imbalance, which led her to study women’s physiology, nutrition, and cycle-based fitness in depth.

She is best known for teaching women how to align their workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle with their menstrual cycle—a concept often referred to as “cycle syncing.” Through her programs, content, and coaching, she emphasizes identifying root causes of hormone imbalances and empowering women with “hormone literacy,” so they can improve energy, metabolism, mood, and overall well-being.

In addition to creating digital programs like SYNC, Jenny Swisher shares her knowledge through podcasts, trainings, and educational platforms, where she breaks down complex hormone concepts into practical, actionable strategies.
