[00:00:00] Jenny Swisher: Welcome, friends, to this episode of the Sync Your Life podcast. Today, I’m excited to announce the launch of a new supplement that I feel like is going to change the game in women’s health. It’s something that I’ve been proud to be a part of. If you’ve been listening to this podcast, you know that I made the decision to align with a company called Hugh Grace about a year ago.
[00:01:16] Jenny Swisher: Hugh Grace is a hormone health company dedicated to creating clean, hormone supportive products by way of three product verticals. We have nutritionals, skincare, and household care. When I came on board at Hugh and Grace, I was very open and honest with the founders that the company needed revolutionary hormone support focused supplements for maximizing energy.
[00:01:36] Jenny Swisher: And they have truly delivered with this product that just launched today. It’s called triple boost and it is the first of its kind protein delivery system comprised of third party tested. Power. Packed. Nutrients. I’m going to dive deep into the ingredients today and who this product can help. But friends, I can hardly contain my excitement because it is just that good.
[00:01:56] Jenny Swisher: They have crossed every T and dotted every I with this product from the ingredient sourcing to the testing to the compilation of ingredients themselves. The negative carbon footprint, the sustainability, everything about this is truly impressive. So let’s start by just establishing the understanding that all Hugh and Grace products are third party tested
[00:02:15] Jenny Swisher: for endocrine disruption, heavy metals, and more to ensure that they’re not only non toxic, but that they’re supportive of our hormone health. Not every company, in fact, very, very few, go through the extra step of third party testing. It’s actually one of the main reasons that I love this company and that I fully entrust them.
[00:02:32] Jenny Swisher: Okay, so what’s in Triple Boost? Well, first, we’ll talk about the protein. If you’ve been listening to this podcast for any amount of time, you’ve heard me say that most women are consuming 40 to 50 grams of protein per day on average. Yet, we really need at least 1 gram per pound of ideal body weight. So, I don’t know about you, but I don’t know a single woman who weighs 40 to 50 pounds.
[00:02:53] Jenny Swisher: For me, as a 135 pound female, it takes intentionality to acquire 135 grams of protein per day. But this will make it easier, with 20 grams per serving. The majority of the protein in this supplement is derived from Canadian pea protein, which if you aren’t familiar, is the highest quality pea protein out there.
[00:03:13] Jenny Swisher: It’s sourced from organic Canadian pea farms, tested for heavy metals and toxins. Canadian pea protein is also considered to be a full amino acid profile protein, which means it contains all nine essential amino acids for healthy skin, bones, lean muscle mass, and is necessary for a healthy immune system response and hormone production.
[00:03:34] Jenny Swisher: Protein is integral to literally every function in your body. Every single cell needs it, and it’s important to get high quality protein. P protein also contains iron, which is critical for energy and mood, and it digests easily to help you prevent gastric discomfort, leaving you feeling satiated and in control of your hunger and cravings.
[00:03:54] Jenny Swisher: One phrase that often gets mentioned in the fitness space, and that you’ve heard me discuss as well, is BCAAs, which stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids. BCAAs are crucial for adequate muscle recovery, especially for those of us who strength train and work out. This product, Triple Boost, gets you your BCAAs, which means it’s going to aid in that muscle recovery.
[00:04:15] Jenny Swisher: Branched chain amino acids are essential nutrients that help support muscle metabolism, and they’re important for building muscle tissue protein. Muscle is the key to longevity, so this is crucial for our long lived life. Our muscles burn through that energy, and it needs replenished, so if you figure most women aren’t consuming enough protein in general, and then you throw exercise on top of it, it’s no wonder that we often find ourselves sore or struggling in the results department.
[00:04:40] Jenny Swisher: This can help. Finally, the Icelandic Blue Spirulina that makes Triple Boost its beautiful bright blue color is a powerhouse ingredient in this supplement. It naturally contains 230 percent of your daily value of methylated vitamin B12, which if you aren’t familiar, plays a crucial role in your overall energy.
[00:04:59] Jenny Swisher: I recently read a study where a large percentage of women age 40 to 70 are B12 deficient, and here’s what I believe. I know that 44 percent of people have the MTHFR gene mutation, which if you didn’t hear my podcast last week with Dr. David Lipman, go back and listen to that because we dive deep on MTHFR.
[00:05:16] Jenny Swisher: I will link it up for you in the show notes. But for those of us with MTHFR, our bodies cannot methylate B vitamins the way that others can. So we need B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, which is methylated. In other words, it’s in a form that our bodies can utilize and actually absorb. B12 is our master energy vitamin.
[00:05:36] Jenny Swisher: energy drinks like Monster, you know that they use B12 as part of their concoction. Unfortunately, they also use a hell of a lot of caffeine and toxic, borderline poisonous ingredients to deliver that energy. This triple boost is the natural, methylated B12 that we actually need without the caffeine.
[00:05:59] Jenny Swisher: So perhaps equally as important to talk about here are the other secondary ingredients that make up Triple Boost, and also important is what’s not in it. As an ingredient label connoisseur, I am so proud of this product and the criteria that it meets for not only the powerhouse ingredients that are in it, but what’s not in it.
[00:06:17] Jenny Swisher: Also in Triple Boost is pumpkin seed, which is known for aiding estrogen support. Oat milk powder as a thickener, and it’s also, by the way, a non GMO, toxin tested oat milk. Guar gum, which has amazing digestive benefit and blood sugar benefit. It should never be classified with any other unhealthy gums that you hear about that might be in other supplements.
[00:06:36] Jenny Swisher: And naturally derived vanilla, which gives this product its creamy, rich flavor. There is zero added sugar in this product, and it simply tastes as good as it does from the natural sourcing of vanilla, along with the stevia and monk fruit extracts. They’ve also included sea salt in this for electrolyte benefit as well.
[00:06:54] Jenny Swisher: So what is not in Triple Boost? It’s important to call that out as well. There are zero artificial flavors or sugars, zero endocrine disruptors, zero toxins. Everything in this product is pure and meant to deliver nutritional benefit to you. It’s also free of all common allergens. So there’s no dairy, no gluten, no soy.
[00:07:13] Jenny Swisher: That makes this suitable for anyone that has food sensitivities to those foods. So I want to spend a moment talking about the health benefits from these ingredients. I’ve kind of already touched on some, but I want to go deeper because as I always say, when women know the why, they will apply. You see, it’s not just a protein drink.
[00:07:29] Jenny Swisher: In fact, I wouldn’t even classify it that way at all. It’s just pretty freakin awesome that it also delivers 20 grams of plant based protein. So I’ll quickly run through the different health benefits provided by Triple Boost so that you can get a feel for the various ways that it can help. Let’s start with its anti inflammatory properties and antioxidant protection.
[00:07:48] Jenny Swisher: The anti inflammatory properties of all three ingredients that we discussed help lower chronic inflammation. which, as we know, is the root cause of all disease and hormone imbalance. The spirulina and pumpkin seed are also rich in antioxidants, particularly phycocyanin from the blue spirulina, which protects cells from oxidative stress and supports healthy hormone production.
[00:08:08] Jenny Swisher: In addition, we know that trace iodine that’s found in the spirulina supports thyroid function, essential for regulating metabolism and energy levels. And the immune boosting properties of spirulina help protect the body from infections and disease that could disrupt our hormone health. The low glycemic index of P protein combined with the spirulina’s ability to stabilize blood sugar levels helps maintain balanced insulin levels.
[00:08:33] Jenny Swisher: My friends, as we get older, especially in perimenopause, insulin becomes a real deal that we need to deal with, and this can help. The B vitamins and iron from spirulina support steady energy levels, reducing stress and fatigue. And finally, the detoxification benefits also need to be addressed. Because as we know, it’s not just about what we take in, but how we excrete when it comes to hormone health.
[00:08:55] Jenny Swisher: Aslandic spirulina has natural detoxifying properties that help remove heavy metals and toxins, supporting our liver health, which is crucial for processing and regulating hormones. So the protein delivery system that we have here supports gut health. which is essential for hormone regulation. If you’ve heard me talk about the four legged chair, you’ve heard me talk about that analogy, you’ve heard me talk about how the foundation to that chair is our gut.
[00:09:18] Jenny Swisher: This is so powerful, friends. So when I say that this is an industry disruptor, I really mean it. There is nothing out there even remotely like it. So I know the next question you have, which is probably, so what’s the best way to drink it? Well, it’s really up to you. It is very versatile. For my women who struggle getting pre workout fuel in, because we know that women should not be working out fasted, it is a great way to fuel up before a workout.
[00:09:42] Jenny Swisher: You can mix it in your water or you can even put it in your coffee as sort of a vanilla creamer. It tastes amazing, by the way. I just did that today. And you can kind of be on your way without any heavy food sitting in your stomach before a workout. The branched chain amino acids in it will help with muscle recovery, which actually most women struggle to get in within 30 minutes of exercise, as the science suggests we should do. And so if that’s a struggle for you, getting this in pre workout could be fine for you. That way you’re fueling up with adequate protein and the natural B12 energy boost you get could help you crush your workout. Now, you don’t have to do it then.
[00:10:13] Jenny Swisher: You can do it anytime. Some people want to mix it as a smoothie. They might add berries and coconut milk and ice and make it a nice robust smoothie. Others might just want to shake it in water or stir it up with a spoon. Like I said, or just throw it in your coffee. There’s no wrong way. You’re adding to your protein load for the day.
[00:10:29] Jenny Swisher: You’re giving yourself that natural energy. It’s just a matter of getting it in. The fact that it is so subtle and so versatile, you can really do just about anything with it. So my friends, this is game changing. It really is. I mean, the price point is amazing. The nutrient profile is bar none. It is an absolute must for women.
[00:10:46] Jenny Swisher: I’m calling it hormone supportive. The perfect pre workout, the natural energy boost that women are looking for without the adrenal crushing caffeine, and a tasty way to boost your protein on the daily. So I will make sure to link it up for you in the show notes. I will link up a discount code for you so that you can use it when you try it.
[00:11:03] Jenny Swisher: One thing that I also want to just make sure that I add in here is this product is great for all ages. I have an almost eight year old daughter who I definitely plan to give this to she actually tasted it this morning before school and loved it and we struggled to get her consuming protein. So if you have children or teenagers and you feel like they just need more protein in their diet this is a great way to do that and it tastes great.
[00:11:24] Jenny Swisher: I also plan on suggesting this to my parents. My parents are in their 70s It’s also important to get enough adequate protein in per day. My mom actually tasted it today as well and liked it. So my plan is this is a product for all ages. And so if we can get, you know, our children drinking it and increasing their protein and their energy levels and our parents drinking it, like it truly is meant for everyone.
[00:11:44] Jenny Swisher: But if you have any questions about this or any product in the Human Grace lineup, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to have a conversation. So speaking of, I just crushed my blue drink. I put it in my coffee. I’m ready to go crush a workout. Let’s do it. So until next time, friends, we’ll talk soon, pick up some triple boost and let’s get going.
