You might be wondering what all this talk is about Coaching. What does it mean to be a Coach? What does it mean to lead a Challenge group? What does success look like in the world of Coaching? These are all valid questions, and certainly, making sure you’re part of the RIGHT Team at the right time is crucial to your success, should you decide to pursue this business.
So what makes the difference? Let me count the ways. Certainly, the Team you choose to be a part of matters. Just like with any big decision in life, becoming part of a Team of people that jives with your beliefs and motivations with the right leader can make all the difference. Here are the several ways we believe our Body Electric Team is different than all the rest, and the main reasons why you should truly consider this opportunity if for no other reason than that fact alone. Because friends, we are headed for the top and we want to take you along for the ride.
- Leadership matters. As John C. Maxwell says, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” Without the proper guidance, mentoring, systems, and Team culture, one could find themselves constantly searching for what they should be doing and how they should be doing it. Because this is a business of entrepreneurship and business ownership, having a leader you can trust and look to for guidance, who has been where you are, is key.
- Team culture matters. Not every Team is a close-knit “family” of folks who support, uplift, inspire, and believe in others. Our BE Team is centered around a positive mindset, and and we lay the groundwork for individuals to come on board and, if nothing else, grow themselves both physically (strength) and mentally (personal growth).
- Duplicatability matters. Network marketing is a business of duplication. Those who do it well are those who duplicate well, not those who are trying to reinvent the wheel. Body Electric has proven systems in place to help you know what to do and when, and to plug YOUR Coaches and customers in so that everyone succeeds. We take the guesswork out of building this business.
- Our Team-led Challenge groups. While nearly every Coach in this business offers Challenge groups (Facebook-based accountability groups to help people succeed in their health and fitness journey), very few are tackling these groups the way we do: as a Team-led effort. And because of our exceptional Team culture and leadership, we do it well. In fact, the majority of our Challengers rave more about our groups and the Coaching and accountability we provide than they do the programs themselves. That’s powerful. Plus, as a new Coach on our Team, you don’t have to worry about leading something you may not feel sure how to lead quite yet. You can plug folks in and trust that we can show you the way! (Ahem, duplication… ;))
- Our focus on changing lives. All Coaches are in this thing to help people improve their health and their situation, but on our Team, we make it a focus for each of us to try and help at least 3 people per month. We strive for it, and we make it happen. We believe we’re agents of change, equipped with the best possible tools to help someone achieve their goals and lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Nothing more, nothing less. Success, including financial success, comes as a byproduct of this focus.
