Jenny Swisher: [00:00:00] Welcome friends to this [00:01:00] episode of The Sink Your Life Podcast. Today I’m sharing with you my holiday gift guide for 2025. Yes, we’re already there. We’re already at the end of 2025. Black Friday is here. Cyber Monday is here. The holidays have arrived, so it’s time to share my favorite things from this year so that you know what to add to your holiday wishlist.

The truth is, I say this often, we as women usually prioritize everyone else first. We make sure, of course, that the kids have a great holiday. We’re often in charge of hosting gatherings or making sure that every little detail is in place. But let me be the first to tell you you deserve something for yourself too.

Everything on this list that I’m about to share with you are things that I truly love and enjoy and use on a daily basis. I know you will love them too, so let’s dive straight in. The first one is my Sink Your Life. 2026 Planner. Now, this is the fifth year in a row that we’ve had our very own sink planner, and I have so many women that have already reached out to me in October November asking, when is this gonna go live?

But for this planner, I’m super excited about it. This year we’ve done a little bit of changing around with the customization. And originally it was intended to be a cycle sinking planner, but as time has evolved, we’ve found that women who don’t even have menstrual cycles love this planner. Women who want to sink with the moon, who wanna just track their energy on a daily basis, who wanna track their nutrition.

Yes, it has menstrual phases to track as well. Whatever it is for you, it can be exactly what you’re looking for. Now I am somebody that likes to have. Both my days planned, my weeks and my months. So it has a daily, weekly, and monthly zoom in for each of those needs. I really do believe that women should follow their energy and it starts with really journaling that, like how are you feeling on a daily basis?

What phase of your cycle are you in? What is your energy level? How can you really customize your priorities, your relationships, your workouts, your meals, all those things, [00:03:00] um, into your planner. And that’s exactly why and how I created it. So again, link is in the show notes. My second favorite thing is something that I actually have sitting in front of me right now.

I have it every single day, and that is my life Boost Coffee. If you haven’t yet upgraded to clean mycotoxin free coffee yet, let this be your time. Coffee is one of the most mold infected things that we have, uh, in the grocery store these days, including things like peanut butter, nut butters. There’s mold in these products you guys, we have to be looking for.

Preferably shade grown, organic, mycotoxin free, third party tested coffee. Now, I don’t wanna sound bougie, but I’m very bougie about my coffee. So life boost is my daily go-to Now I’m good friends with the owner, Dr. Charles Livingston. I’m act. I’ve actually had him here on the podcast for an interview to talk about the importance of clean coffee.

I myself drink Swiss water decaf. Now I don’t, I don’t tolerate caffeine very well. I have some very fragile adrenals from years of over training. Um, so I have to make sure that I’m hydrating well in the morning. Of course, I start my day every day with [00:04:00] hydration, but when I do get. To my coffee. I enjoy that cup or two, so, so much.

And I do the Swiss water decaf. They have so many different flavors in the decaf. Um, you could even do a half calf approach or a full caffeine if that’s your jam. But so many amazing flavors. My favorite, of course. Now this is gonna shock you, the Highlander grog, but also the blueberry crumble. The blueberry crumble sounds terrible.

And the first time you have it, you might be like, this is weird. It tastes a little blueberry to me. But I’m telling you, I really do just prefer dark coffee, plain coffee, no creamer. The blueberry coffee is delicious. So again, I’ll link that up for you guys as well. The third thing on my list is the Aura ring.

I mentioned the aura ring in almost every podcast that seems. I’ve been using the Ora ring for four years now, and it’s been the number one game changer to biohacking my sleep. I now get more deep sleep, more REM sleep. And really my body is thanking me every single morning. I love waking up, opening my app and seeing exactly how good of sleep I got.

I used to just assume that I was getting good sleep, right? I would think, [00:05:00] okay, well, I was in bed for seven hours, so I must have slept well. But that’s not always the case. But sleep is one of the most primary fundamental things of hormone balance. You’ve got to make sure that you’re sleeping so that you can get that pituitary reboot every single night so that you can really help your balance in hormones so that you can really help your hormones thrive.

So if your sleep is off. Especially if you’re over the age of 40 and you’re noticing a little bit more anxiety or trouble sleeping or waking up during the night, start tracking and measuring with an aura ring. So I will link up for you my link for that. Now, aura does not have affiliates, so I don’t have any sort of code for you for that, but it is still one of my very favorite things and I will link it up for you in the show note.

The fourth item on my list is a seed cycling kit. Now I like the Funt Wellness Seed cycling kit. I’ve been using this now for over two years. I interviewed the founder, uh, Kate Morton on the podcast as well. But not all seeds and seed cycling kits are really created equal. Again, it’s kind of like the coffee thing.

You gotta be a little bougie. You gotta go with ones that are, you know, third party tested. They’re already ground, everything’s done for you. And I wanna just [00:06:00] take all the guesswork out of the equation for you. So if you’re someone who’s really looking to optimize your hormones. If you’re someone who’s still cycling, if you’re still having menstrual cycles, you’re still having a period every month, um, and you wanna leverage the highs and lows, the ovulatory phases, the menstrual phases, you can actually align.

Eating different types of seeds with your cycle to really boost those hormones naturally. Like for example, sunflower seeds naturally boost progesterone. So by consuming more sunflower seeds in the luteal phase of your cycle, you can actually help boost your progesterone levels. So seed cycling is a very good nutritional, simple way of boosting your hormones and the funk it Wellness seed cycling kits are my favorite.

The fifth item on my list are pretty much everything from Hugh and Grace. I love Hugh and Grace Nutritionals. I love their skincare, and yes, I even use their home care line, their multipurpose cleaner. I use it for everything, literally everything. So I get asked the question on a daily basis, how can I make simple swaps to really lessen my toxic load?

Right? We talk a lot on this podcast about. Endocrine [00:07:00] disrupting products, EDCs in our environment. How can we really start to make those swaps in our day-to-day life so that we can limit our toxic exposure? Well, Hugh and Grace has you covered, it’s a brand that I trust. It’s a brand that I partnered with myself a couple years ago, and I love that I can trust everything that they do because they do third party testing on every single ingredient in their products.

So if you’re wondering where do I begin? I suggest starting with the routine. The routine is, , a nutritional line. So we start from the inside out. We start with hydration, detoxification, and protein, and from there we start to look at.

What are the things that you’re applying to your skin? Hu and Grace has an amazing skincare line, and what I love most about it is that it’s super simple. I was not somebody who ever had any sort of multi-step skincare routine before I I, before I found Hu and Grace. But I love the simplicity of just simply using the cleansing bar, using the night serum or the face serum during the day and keeping it really, really simple.

Almost like an herbal tea blend. I wouldn’t say they taste like coffee or hot chocolate. They kinda have their own flavor, but I like to drink those at night, especially around my period, just for [00:10:00] a nice, warm, comforting hormone balancing nice cup of tea.

Next on my list is a new one for me, which is Beam Minerals. I just started using Beam Minerals about six weeks ago. I interviewed the founder on the podcast. She sent me some products to try and I thought to myself, well, I’m already consuming electrolytes. I already drink my hydrate and detox first thing in the in the day, but I’m here for, I’m here for this rig.

I’m here to try more things that could help me, especially with my migraines. And one thing that I’m finding is that my body is, is seems to be very deficient in some source minerals. And I think this is common now. I think that people are either a drinking tap water, which is loaded with those EDCs and toxic chemicals, or they’re drinking reverse osmosis water, and they’re not putting the electrolytes in the minerals back into their water, which was definitely the case for me.

And so again, after interviewing the founder of Beam Minerals here on the podcast and using their products for the last six weeks, I’m a huge, huge fan. They’ve improved my migraine frequency, my migraine severity. I finally feel like I’ve replenished the minerals with the [00:11:00] right product. I was trying things like sea salt and high high dose sea salt with LMNT.

I was trying the hydrate detox, which I still drink, like I said, every single day to start my day off right. But I found that I needed more. My body individually needed more minerals in order to thrive, and beam minerals is doing just that for. Number eight on my list is momentous, creatine. Women ask me all the time about creatine.

They say, Hey, I’m hearing about this more and more. What brand you recommend? Well, momentous is the brand I go with. You wanna go with a good, solid, creatine monohydrate, even just incorporating this on a daily basis. Now listen, if you are somebody that’s like, I don’t need creatine, I’m not some sort of bodybuilder, I don’t wanna get bigger, I don’t wanna gain.

You know, massive muscle. I think it has a little bit of a misnomer. Creatine is not necessarily there for you to bulk up. We’re actually starting to see really good studies come out on creatine for cognitive health, especially as we age. So we know that creatine can benefit things like jet lag and sleep deprivation.

Like I said. Things like dementia and [00:12:00] um, cognitive disability, like these are all things that Creatine’s being used for in addition to muscle. So if you are not already consuming a creatine, trust me, it’s probably the most researched supplement out there, especially for women. And it’s time for you to get started with it.

So momentous, creatine is my favorite. Again, linked up in the show. Number nine is our place non-toxic cookware. So along the lines of making simple swaps in the toxic products that we’re using. Take a look at the cookware that you’re cooking with on a daily basis because most of them are leaching chemicals into your food, which is totally not cool.

So I now only use, as of about a year ago, I only used cast iron skillets and my always pans from our place. I love, love, love that they have a little spoon rest built into the pan. I love that I can trust that there’s nothing toxic leaking into my food, and I love the look of it. I just love the sort of ceramic look of the cookware.

So our place non-toxic cookware, by the way, they just launched a toaster oven and mini toaster oven. Um, they, they’re coming out with more and more products, seems like every month. [00:13:00] And I’m a huge fan. I’m here for it. I I, I actually asked for the toaster oven for Christmas myself. Number 10 on my list is Campo Beauty Essential Oils.

So again, kind of in that world of EDCs, right? People are always asking, what about fragrances? Right? I have a 9-year-old daughter who’s, who thinks she wants to be into Sephora. Um, her friends are wearing fragrances already. And guess what? Fragrances are the number one thing linked to early onset. Uh, puberty for girls especially.

And so we are very, very leery of any fragrances in our house. We do not have any candles in our home. We do not keep perfumes in our home. So a lot of times when I tell people that, they say, well, then what do you use? Like, what do you use to keep the dog smell out of your house? Or what do you use, you know, for.

Um, just to smell better or what do you use on a date night when you wanna smell, you know, have like a fresh scent? Well, we love Campo Beauty Essential Oils. So Campo Beauty has their, they have their own, um, diffusers that you can purchase. Of course, you can always buy your own, but I love their diffuser.

I have the white one in our living room and I have the wood one in our bedroom. I love those. They [00:14:00] also come out with. They also came out with roll-ons. So there there’s one that’s called Relax. That’s my absolute favorite. I love the blend that’s in it, and I will even just rub that on my temples or on my neck, and it gives a nice, fresh fragrance without being overwhelming.

And you know that it’s essential oils. So it’s simply not, it’s not harming you in the way that it phalates and fragrances would be. So I love the diffusers, love the roll-ons. Love Campo Beauty. Number 11 on my list is rip Co farms grass finished beef boxes. So if you don’t know the difference between grass fed and grass finished beef.

Well, now’s the time to learn. Check out my podcast interview that I did with the owner of Rip Co Farms, Chad Minders. I’ve actually done two interviews with him, and once you hear that, you’ll never eat beef the same way again. The frozen beef boxes are delivered right to your door. There’s other companies out there doing this.

There’s other companies delivering fresh meat to your door. But trust me, when it comes to nutrient density in this beef, there is nothing like this. Chad goes above and beyond to test, to nutrient density test all of his beef [00:15:00] and all of the crops his beef are eating, which is also important, right? So we know the omega counts, the magnesium counts.

We know the minerals that are in this beef. We know what’s happening, uh, in the food that we’re eating and what, what it’s eating. And that’s really, really important. So this is located in southeastern Indiana. And like I said, anywhere in the United States, they will, in the continental United States, they will ship to, and it is bar none.

You will not find anything as quality as this. I actually just used a pound of ground beef yesterday to make some chili. It just has a really good, rich, savory, yummy taste to it. So I can totally tell the difference between that and crappy beef. I will never buy, um, just grocery store beef anymore because the, the, the nutrient density.

Because the nutrient density and the nutrition is so much better in the grass finished beef. Um, and I love supporting local farms, so check out Ripley Co Farms. I’ll have codes for you for this in the show notes. Next up on the list is the luxe therapy red light.

Now, people have been asking me more and more lately about red light therapy. [00:16:00] I wanna make sure that if I’m using red light therapy, that I’m using a good quality red light. I’m not just gonna buy something off of Amazon. I’m not just gonna buy one of those like. Re, um, red light face masks and assume that it’s doing its job.

I wanna make sure that I’m getting a red light that I can use and expose to any areas of my body. So as a migraine sufferer, I sometimes like to shine it on my face and neck. Sometimes I like to shine it on my spine in my back. If I’m dealing with low back pain or some sort of injury, I will use it in other places.

So I love the flexibility of the Lux therapy red light. So I’ll get you the code. It’s Luxy 10, but I’ll link it up for you in the show notes as well. I also have an interview here on the podcast that I did with the founder, Tony ak. But listen, you can find red light anywhere, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s high quality.

So sometimes you have to go above and beyond to find, you know, the right kind of red light. Um, to really make sure that you’re making an impact in your health. There’s a lot of false stuff out there right now. Like basically people can turn anything into a red light and tell you it’s healthy, and you think, oh, this is a lot cheaper.

This is the way to go. In reality, it’s not the same [00:17:00] thing. So Lux Therapy is the brand I trust for red light. Next up on the list is my MI wand. Well, I’ve been using a MI wand for actually four years now, close to four years. And while I’ve had to replace it a couple of times due to malfunction, and by the way, customer service has replaced it for me.

I’m a huge fan of the data that it provides. I track my menstrual cycle on a daily basis. I started doing this for my migraines to see if I could pick up on any hormonal patterns. But if you’re looking to conceive, if you’re in perimenopause, you’re trying to just get a feel for. Maybe triggers you’re having for different symptoms.

If you’re just looking to simply cycle track more, or you just wanna better handle on your menstrual health, Mira wand can do that for you. So you simply pee in a cup in the morning, you dip the stick into your, your urine. You test the wand, takes about 21 minutes to test and you know what your hormones are at on a daily basis.

So it’s a really, really cool way, um, to really have almost like a daily Dutch test in your pocket without having to pay the seven or $800 for just one Dutch test. Next on my list is a weighted vest. I know I [00:18:00] didn’t think I would ever include this in my list. I didn’t wanna be like everyone else. But the results of a lot of recent research is showing that it does increase bone density and improves skeletal muscle to add a weighted vest to your walking routine.

Now, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to walk with a weighted vest every day, or that you have to walk with it for an hour a day. It just means that you can incorporate it maybe 10 minutes a day, 15 minutes a day. It will help you stay strong in your core. So I wear a 12 pound weighted vest.

Um, I usually only take it with me, maybe three or four walks a week, and I walk every day. But listen, your casual walk might become a little more breathy, might become a little bit more like a workout, and sometimes it’s okay to just go for walks without it too. So you can go with it. You can go without it.

But having the extra push sometimes can really level up your fitness. So waited best for the win. Last couple of items for you is next is Om body for period pain. So again, I interviewed the vice president of OM Body here on the podcast, and I immediately, as soon as we finished filming, I had to go [00:19:00] grab my own OM body device.

Like I literally logged into the website and ordered my own right there in that moment. And I’m here to tell you that three menstrual cycles later, my own use of NSAIDs on my period, because I was using that for both headaches and menstrual pain, has been drastically reduced. By using the own body earpieces, you simply put them on your ear.

You wear them a couple hours a day, and the device itself taps into your vagal nerve and platelets to limit or reduce your period pain by up to 50%. Listen, the clinical studies are showing up to 50% pain reduction in period pain. Just from wearing these ear pieces. So I am proof that this product works.

This is becoming my new favorite thing. You’re gonna hear more and more about this. Um, you’ve been hearing me talk about the Ora ring. Well, now it’s gonna be this. I love biohacking tools like these products that can really help women maximize their energy. And listen, I was losing a couple days a month to at least two to three days a month to both migraine.

And menstrual cramps, right? And nobody has time for both. And while I’m still on the journey to [00:20:00] navigating my migraines, the menstrual pain piece has at least been eliminated. I did not require any NSAIDs this month for menstrual pain whatsoever. It is worth the investment. So if you’re somebody who struggles with cramps, if you’re planning your life around your, your menstrual pain, if you’re, if you have trouble traveling for work or for play because of menstrual pain, if you also are dealing with other issues like headaches or joint pain around your cycle, try own body.

Give it a chance. I’ll link it up for you in the show up. And then last but not least is dental care from Dr. Jorgensen. Well, Dr. Michelle Jorgensen is one of my favorite people. We’ve had her here on the show a few times. She is a dentist, but she has her own story really that brought her out of traditional dentistry into a more functional approach.

And so here’s the deal. Oral health is the root cause of so many things. I’ve learned this with my kids, with my kids who have both had lip and tongue ties, um, who’ve had different midline defects. Um, and they’ve had different issues with their oral health that has contributed to their anxiety, to their behavior, to their nutrition, like everything is tied back into oral health.

The same thing goes for myself. So [00:21:00] if you’re wondering what products are best for your oral health or even for your kids, don’t look any further than living well with Dr. Michelle. So I’ve had her on the podcast, like I said a few times. I’m blown away by her knowledge. I’m blown away by the products that she’s created.

She literally just decided she would go out and create these products that, that weren’t in existence to really help people buy good, clean products for their teeth.
