Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #101! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women’s hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. Too many women are living with their check engine lights flashing. You know you feel “off” but no matter what you do, you can’t seem to have the energy, or lose the weight, or feel your best. This podcast exists to shed light on the important topic of healthy hormones and cycle syncing, to help you gain maximum energy in your life.

In today’s episode, I’m interviewing Dr. Juliet McGrattan, the creator of the “Run Through the Menopause” digital course and author of multiple books, on the topic of staying active through menopause.

Dr Juliet McGrattan spent 16 years working as an NHS GP and now uses her medical knowledge and love of running to help and inspire others to lead active lives. Her book, Sorted:The Active Woman’s Guide to Health, published by Bloomsbury, was awarded first prize in the Popular Medicine category in the British Medical Association Medical Book Awards 2018. Her second book Run Well: Essential health questions and answers for runners was published last year. She blogs, writes, podcasts and speaks regularly on the topic of physical activity for health and is the resident Health Expert for Women’s Running magazine. She is the Women’s Health Lead, Master Coach and UK Director for 261 Fearless, a global, non-profit network which empowers women through running.
