Welcome to the SYNC Your Life podcast episode #113! On this podcast, we will be diving into all things women’s hormones to help you learn how to live in alignment with your female physiology. In today’s episode, I’m interviewing Justin Frandson, Athleticism Performance Coach and founder of EMF Rocks and athleticism.com. In working with his athletes, he noticed that many were dealing with impedences to their performance. For one of them, his smartwatch was causing numbness in his arm. He also knew that his wife’s menstrual cycles had gone MIA, and dove deeper into reasons why these things were happening. What he found was that EMF, electromagnetic fields, that are man-made and come in the forms of things like 5G, X-ray/CT technology, wearables, and other various forms of electricity, are affecting the human body in many ways.

In this episode we dive into EMF and its effects on sleep as well as hormones, along with lifestyle tips to eliminate EMF exposure. We also dive deep into EMF rocks and how they can reduce EMF toxicity in your home and in your body.

One easy thing you can do that makes an impact on sleep quality is to implement outlet timers for your internet. Simply have them shut off at your bedtime to prevent EMF during your sleep.
