It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t put together a list for you of my favorite things for YOUR holiday shopping needs! I’ve compiled a list of all of the things I love. You’ll probably find a theme, as your girl loves all things fitness, coffee, and cooking! Let’s dive in, shall we?

COFFEE IS MY BEST FRIEND

  1. Let’s kick off this list with coffee, as it is certainly how I kick off my days. This year, I was introduced to Lifeboost Coffee, and I’m a HUGE fan. A Bulletproof girl for nearly 10 years, I’ve converted to Lifeboost for my mental focus cup of joe every morning. In case you’re wondering, yes, coffee beans matter! Those with mycotoxins can cause brain fog, jitters, and other yucky side effects that clean beans do not. Lifeboost Highlander Grog is my favorite flavor, but the Dark Roast comes in as a close second. Also, I should mention our new Concierge coffee machine (found on the site under Coffee Machines). Use this link to save 50% off your first order!
  2. Speaking of coffee, I should also mention my love for all things FourSigmatic. As an adrenal fatigue survivor, I try to limit my true caffeine intake (and I consume only the highest quality of beans — no Starbucks here!) FourSigmatic has multiple blends to choose from that contain adaptogenic herbs with amazing coffee flavor without the strain on the adrenals. Check them out here and use the code JENNY10 to save 10%!
  3. How do I keep my coffee warm? So glad you asked. As a mom of littles, I HATE reheating my cup of coffee! I invested in an Ember mug last year around this time, and it is seriously on the list of top 3 things I own. It keeps my coffee hot (even in the car when I run errands) and I never have to reheat! On my wish list for this year? The travel mug version.

LET’S TALK ALL THINGS FOOD

  1. I’ve become SUCH a fan of the Always Pan. I LOVE that I can do everything in this pan, including steam and sautee, and that the spoon rests right into the pan’s handle (as an OCD girl who hates when food gunk gets on my counter, I’m a fan). It’s free of toxins, and seriously serves multiple purposes.
  2. For my fellow meal prep fans, I HATE peeling hardboiled eggs. Which is why I now love my Negg boiled egg peeler. Inexpensive and totally worth it.
  3. I LIVE on healthy snacks, so these are a must mention. I don’t go a day with out my Vegan Beachbar. It tastes like a salted caramel candy bar, and it hits the spot every night as my bedtime treat. Also new this year, Bevvy (pomegranate flavor is my jam!) keeps my cravings curbed. Super tasty, and a great pre-meal thirst quencher. Also on the list: Energize, an energy booster that can replace your coffee or be a great preworkout or afternoon pick-me-up. Fruit Punch has grown to be my favorite, but Lemon is great too! And of course, Shakeology. While all of the flavors are amazing, and the nutritional value INCREDIBLE, if you haven’t grabbed yourself a box of Peppermint Mocha, well… Are we even friends?! This one is the absolute REAL DEAL! Like an Andes mint in a glass.

FITNESS LIST

  1. This year, my husband and I invested in a new mattress. Let me tell you, this was LONG overdue! We had had a Tempurpedic for years, and absolutely hated it. It was too firm, was always freezing cold and took hours to warm up at night, and was completely uncomfortable and left our back aching most mornings. We made the switch to Bear Mattress after researching the science behind it and we could not be happier. It’s the perfect combination of firm and soft, and so so comfortable. We can also see a considerable difference in our muscle soreness from our intense workouts, too.
  2. If there was ever a year to ditch the gym membership and find something that works at home, 2020 was the year. It’s no secret that Beachbody OnDemand is my go-to for home workouts! While Peloton is amazing and I’m sure virtual workouts with your gym trainer is nice, these programs work, tell you what to do and when, and even supply you with the two OTHER components of overall health you truly need: support from a Coach and group, and proper nutrition guidance. This is a game changer in the home health space!
  3. In prior years, I’m a self-proclaimed homebody who lives in activewear, but 2020 just took that to a whole new level for me. While I love my Lululemon leggings and Nike shoes, I’m a new fan of all things Prana for lounging around. The Sherpa hooded jacket is my new cozy favorite for winter, the Summit pant my go-to post shower loungepants, and the Cozy Up Sweatshirt I may own in two colors. Their clothing is quality, and true to size.
  4. Favorite athletic trainers this year? By far the Adidas Ultraboost for women. I LOVE these shoes! I run in them AND do my indoor workouts in them. Trust me, you’ll be a fan.

MISCELLANEOUS OTHER ITEMS WORTH MENTIONING

  1. My new favorite pajamas are made by PJ Salvage. They are super comfy, super cute, and while pricey, have lasted me better than anything I’ve ever bought from Gap, Old Navy, or Target. Zero fading and the comfort is hard to beat.
  2. I’d be crazy to not mention my love for airpods. I use them every single day for my daily podcast (or two). They help my productivity, keep me sane while stranded at home with a toddler, and are well worth the investment. Also worth mentioning is my portable charger that has lasted me all year made by Anker. It fits in my pocket, keeps a charge for hours if not days, and charges my phone super fast.
  3. My hands-down favorite planner for 2021 is, as always, the Day Designer. I love the day at a glance with hourly breakdowns and monthly block planning. It’s been my go-to for years!

And there you have it, folks. My 2020 list of things I can’t live without. I hope one of these items helps you find the perfect gift for your loved one!

xoxo,

Jenny
