So what exactly should be on your daily to-do list as an online fitness Coach?

We recommend keeping a daily schedule and to-do list, whether hard copy (such as a planner) or electronic (via app such as Evernote).

3 Vital Behaviors:

  1. Invite at least 2 people to Challenge groups.
  2. Do your workout and drink Shakeology.
  3. Read/listen to 10 minutes of personal development.

Other Key Items for Your To-Do List:

  1. Answer emails and Facebook messages.
  2. Follow-up via phone/email.
  3. Review Breaking Coach News in the Coach Online Office.
  4. Listen to a Team call, archived National Wake-Up Call, and/or attend a local event if applicable.
  5. Check in and post in private Challenge Group pages.
  6. Call/text/email encouragement to someone you know (friend, customer, Coach, family member).
  7. Post inspirational/engaging things on my Facebook page during the day.
