One phrase you will hear often is the phrase “F.O.R.M.” F.O.R.M. stands for:
F – Family
O – Occupation
R – Recreation
M – Message
Really, it’s a way to relate and connect with people so as to build your relationship. If you hear that someone is “F.O.R.M’ing” someone, it means they were simply building that relationship by asking questions related to their family, their occupation, what they do for fun, and their message.
Again, this business is all about relationships. Starting them, maintaining them, and trusting them. F.O.R.M. is simply method for you to remember when conversing with someone, and is a great reminder that we, as Coaches, first and foremost care about people!
