Beachbody has identified 3 Vital Behaviors that all Coaches must engage in on a daily basis in order to progress their businesses. They are:
- Be proof the products work.Drink Shakeology, exercise, and share your journey!
- Invite, invite, invite! Invite to your Challenge groups, to the business, and to join you in creating a healthy life.
- Invest in personal development. Grow yourself. Listen to podcasts, read personal growth books, etc.
It’s a sure fact that if you do not engage in these 3 Vital Behaviors daily, your business will suffer. Scheduling these 3 behaviors will help you stay on track, stay consistent, and establish credibility.
When it comes to goal setting, we have to understand that without a goal, we have no persistent drive to achieve our greatness.
To determine your goals, first follow these steps:
- Ask yourself WHY you have become a an online fitness Coach.
- Ask yourself, What would achieving X do for me?
- Reverse engineer your goal.
Creating goals is something ongoing. As you achieve goals, you create new ones. Writing down your goals is the absolute most important thing you can do when starting this business.
Here is an example of establishing your goal:
- WHY did I become a Coach? To pay forward what has worked for me in my own personal journey. To earn enough side income to pay for my own Shakeology each month.
- What would earning enough income to cover your monthly Shakeology do for you? It would free up the budget I’m currently allotting to go toward healthy groceries for my family.
- Reverse engineer: To pay for my own order, I need 3 customers on Shakeology Home Direct.
